Services: Executive development and coaching

Vine Street Consulting provides comprehensive leadership and management development, to drive business success while building the individual capabilities of leaders.  Executives may be challenged by ever-more demanding business and operational objectives, by taking on new roles, or by changes in business conditions, technologies or resources.  To meet these challenges, leaders must continually develop their leadership and managerial skills. 

Our development work usually begins with an in-depth assessment of personal qualities, skills and interests.  We conduct an in-depth interview, administer on-line personality and leadership assessments, and conduct a "360 degree" feedback process. We work with executives to:

  • Create an accurate view of their personality, skills and interests
  • Identify development priorities that are aligned with business priorities, role expectations and personal aspirations
  • Take practicals steps to build their skills

We coach executives through a highly individualized process, addressing each executive's unique challenges in an effort to increase their skills and achievements.  We create a frank dialogue that supports development through insightful feedback and practical advice.

We provide feedback and coaching to help ensure the right people are in the right roles and that executives are developed in ways that strengthen business performance.

Typically, an executive assessment program yields many insights about the functioning of the organization in which executives work. Vine Street consultants take the initiative to share these observations and offer recommendations on how leaders, teams and departments can be more effective.
