We are experts in the assessment of executive candidates. Our approach is based on our work with thousands of executives, and is supported by the most sophisticated assessment techniques. We evaluate candidates' ability to succeed in the face of business priorities, role requirements and organization culture. Candidates are evaluated through an in-depth, face-to-face interview with a business psychologist, supplemented by on-line leadership and personality testing. We identify candidate strengths and weaknesses, and provide recommendations to hire or not hire. We identify development needs, and recommend the best means to integrate and supervise candidates should they be hired. Immediately upon completion of the interview and testing, we provide verbal feedback to hiring executives. We discuss the potential fit of the candidate to the role, and we use feedback conversations as a means to strengthen the assessment and hiring skills of client executives.
