Guy W. Cornelius, Ph.D.

Guy is founder and President of Vine Street Consulting, Inc. Since 1988, Guy has consulted with senior executives and private equity investors in the areas of leadership and management effectiveness, team effectiveness and organizational performance. He offers services in executive selection, leadership development, team building and group effectiveness, strategic execution/implementation, organizational design, and leadership and organization due diligence (for investment or acquisition). Guy has worked with organizations ranging in size from Fortune 500 companies to start-up businesses, across a variety of industries including telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, financial services, health care, private equity, construction, professional services and non-profits. His clients have been located throughout the United States, UK and Western Europe.

Guy earned his Doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 1987 and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arizona State University in 1979. He is a licensed psychologist in the State of Colorado. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Division of Consulting Psychology and the Division of Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

Guy is a Denver resident, where he lives with his wife and daughter. He is an avid cyclist, musician, and skier. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Warren Village, a not-for-profit organization providing transformational housing and child care services for single parents, with the goal of personal and economic self-sufficiency.  Previously, he served on the boards of the Denver chapter of the March of Dimes, and the Denver Waldorf School.
