Vine Street Consulting’s organizational development process is custom-fit to each of our clients. We employ a variety of tactics and tools to evaluate organizations and facilitate change. Typically, organization development begins with an assessment of the business and organization from the point of view of the senior team. We hold individual interviews with team members to discuss a variety of key factors. We look deeper and more broadly at the organization, selecting the most appropriate tactics from options that include individual interviews with managers, focus groups with leaders/employees outside the senior team, and surveys of organization effectiveness and organization culture. We work vigorously with senior teams to build an understanding of their organizations, identify priorities for development, and to specify tactics, deliverables and accountabilities to ensure change and improvement.
